Project Description

Physical Therapy Space Completes Sanford West Fargo Clinic Build

Comstock Construction completed the Sanford West Fargo Clinic space by finishing a physical therapy area in the summer of 2024. Though the majority of clinic construction was completed in 2019, this particular space had been a dream years in the making.

Comstock Construction’s Building Scope of Work Included:

Sectioning a Front Reception Area for Patients
Building Multiple Exam Rooms
Adding an ADA Accessible Bathroom with Shower
Building an Employee Breakroom
Sectioning a Provider Office with Workstations Overlooking the Gym
Construction an Open Gym with Therapy Tables, Machines, Free Weights and Other Equipment

Building Specialized Spaces to Meet Community Needs

This specialized space fills a need for more physical therapy options within the West Fargo community. Helping people get back to better mobility after injuries and other disorders is paramount, and this new facility provides local residents another means to get there. As Sanford’s website succinctly states, “Our team will partner with you to design a comprehensive treatment plan individualized to your condition. You’ll get specific exercises that will help your movement improve. We’ll get you back to your daily routine as quickly and safely as possible.”
