FY08 Dormitory – Minot Air Force Base

In 2010, Comstock Construction partnered with the US Army Corps of Engineers to build a new, three-story, 60,000 SF dormitory at Minot Air Force Base. Designed to house 144 airmen, this functional facility includes modern living quarters, shared common areas, and a fourth-floor mechanical penthouse.

  • 144 Private Living Quarters – Each unit features a private bedroom and bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for airmen.
  • Shared Common Areas – Every four-room suite includes a refrigerator, convection oven, and washer/dryer for convenience.
  • Three-Story Structure with Mechanical Penthouse – A durable and efficient design to support long-term functionality.
  • “Outstanding Contractor Award” – Awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers for excellence in construction and project execution.
