Project Description

A new three-story, 144-room dormitory on the Minot Air Force Base with a fourth floor mechanical penthouse. Living quarters consisted of four bedrooms with private bathrooms and a common shared area including a refrigerator, convection oven, and washer/dryer. Comstock was honored to receive the “Outstanding Contractor Award” from the US Army Corps of Engineers upon completion of this project.
