FY08 Dormitory – Minot Air Force Base
In 2010, Comstock Construction partnered with the US Army Corps of Engineers to build a new, three-story, 60,000 SF dormitory at Minot Air Force Base. Designed to house 144 airmen, this functional facility includes modern living quarters, shared common areas, and a fourth-floor mechanical penthouse.

- Shared Common Areas – Every four-room suite includes a refrigerator, convection oven, and washer/dryer for convenience.
