A new three-story, 263,000 SF training facility (RTI) at Camp Gilbert C. Grafton for the North Dakota Army National Guard. The RTI was built to support training for both horizontal and vertical construction as well as providing combat courses for the 164th Regiment and includes both classroom and shop space. Billeting was also provided as an attached building to the RTI and is used solely by the personnel being trained.
