This next phase builds upon the successful completion of Phase I, which saw the construction of the Market Pavilion building. Completed by Comstock Construction in the summer of 2022, the Market Pavilion serves as a cornerstone of the Fergus Falls Riverfront. This structure features a three-season heated indoor meeting space, equipped with overhead garage doors that open to additional covered outdoor gathering areas. Designed with functionality in mind, the Pavilion includes water and sewer hookups for public restrooms and water fountains, making it well-equipped to host a variety of events and activities. Surrounding the Pavilion is a spacious concrete patio enclosed by decorative black aluminum fencing, offering breathtaking views of the scenic riverfront.
